I'm really tired. Today is Friday, one week from my doctor's visit. Counting the week starting that day and ending yesterday, I've worked out 6 days in the week. Of course, counting today through next Thursday, I'll likely only work out 4 days in that week. Another justification bites the dust!
I actually feel like missed days are inevitable in exercise just like bad days are inevitable with diets. I just can't give up due to one missed/bad day, but I can't let myself believe I'm still following a program if I have too many missed/bad days either. Gotta keep it real.
