11 March 2008 workout

Time: 6:30 AM
Weight beforehand: 340 to 344 lbs, depending on the angle I stand on the scale.
Length: 40 minutes
Program: Level 3 the whole way.
Rating: It finally happened. I did NOT want to get up today. I did NOT want to workout. I wanted to quit after 25 minutes, then after 30, then after 35. I stuck it out. I feel pretty run down (I've got a cold). BUT I DID IT.
