Program: Same as last time, except I added another 10 minutes of the 3/4 switch for a total of 10 minutes at level 4.
Rating: I couldn't even sleep-workout for very long this morning. I figured since I was slightly up on weight and feeling awake I'd make the workout harder. I'm not dead, but I feel the extra work!
