13 March 2008 workout

Time: 6:45 AM CDT (in MDT, that's too-freakin'-early o'clock)
Weight afterwards: more than 350 lbs since I was above their scale limits
Length: 35 minutes
Program: Weight Loss program on hotel elliptical machine
Rating: The hotel has a decent gym, but this reinforces my thought that a gym is not the right environment for me. Still, I'm glad a got a workout today.
