25 March 2008 workout

Time: 5:50 AM
Weight beforehand: 332 lbs
Length: 40 minutes
Program: Same custom program.
Rating: Today I take back every good word I've ever said about working out. I'm tired, I'm grumpy, I'm mean, and I didn't want to work out. I didn't work hard, and my body whined at me the whole time to quit. The only good things about this workout were that I started and that I didn't stop until 40 minutes were up.
