Rating: Ouch. I enjoyed not working out during our little vacation. I tried not to eat too much, but I didn't get overly strict. In the end, it looks like I picked up 2 lbs, and the workout made my legs sore. In a I'm-afraid-to-admit-it way, I was looking forward to the workout and felt good that I was doing it.
