12 March 2008 workout

Time: 6:15 AM
Weight beforehand: 340 lbs
Length: 40 minutes
Program: 10 minutes of level 3, 10 minutes of 1 minute at level 4, then 1 minute at level 3, then repeat (total of 5 minutes at level 4), then 20 minutes of level 3.
Rating: I did not want to get up again. The workout got off to a decent start though, and I was even feeling a tad energetic, hence the slightly harder workout. By the last 12 minutes, I was dragging, but I made it. We'll see how things go on the business trip.
