17 March 2008 workout

Time: 5:45 AM
Weight beforehand: 330 lbs - 23 lbs in just over a week????
Length: 40 minutes
Program: 10 minutes of level 3, 10 minutes of 1 minute at level 4, then 1 minute at level 3, then repeat (total of 5 minutes at level 4), then 20 minutes of level 3. The elliptical machine remembered my settings from last time.
Rating: I was worried how I would respond after 3 days off, but things went just fine. I don't know that I'll ever be a workout fanatic, but I hope to be consistent.
