1) I'm thankful that my wife was able to get an appointment with a doctor that we hope can help with her pain the very next day.
2) I'm happy that I was able to drive safely to work today through a small snow storm, and that no one on the route I traveled appeared to have any troubles either.
3) I'm thankful to have a new laptop battery that lasts over 3 times longer than the worn out one it replaced.
