Rating: I think I started a little too fast on this one. I was cruising along at a pretty good clip during the non-sprint portions of the workout, but I got worn out pretty quickly and had to spend the last 10 minutes or so of the non-sprint portions going extra slow to catch my breath. I'm also not enjoying seeing my weight creep back up, even though I know it's likely due to water weight coming back as I recover from my bronchitis.
