It's only been about 2 weeks since the last update, but it's near the end of the month, and I would like to get back onto that schedule, so here's the latest update.
I haven't worked out much in the last two weeks, so I'm slightly heavier than I was then. However, given the amount of good food I had during my work trip to Texas and my anniversary celebrations in addition to my wife's outstanding cooking, I am content to be where I am.
Here's an updated picture showing my goal to get to 300 lbs by the end of the year. See the post at the end of April for an explanation.
