Elliptical Reported Calories Burned: 304
Rating: It's been quite a while. We've been sick, tired, busy, and otherwise caught up in various springtime activity. I'm happy that I worked out this morning and a little disappointed that I didn't return to workouts a few days ago when I could have. The big thing, though, is to work out again tomorrow if I'm able.

Good for you for getting back to your work out. Your comment about wishing you had done it earlier reminds me of one of my favorite Chinese proverbs. "The best time to plant a tree was always 20 years ago. The second best time is always today". Since you can't change the past, it's great to let it go and just focus on what we can change: the present! Good for you!

Hey Joe, it's been awhile since you last "worked out"! I've enjoyed getting to know your family through fb and your blog. I'm so sorry for the family stuff that is going on with your wife's family. She seems like a fun, sweet person. Tell her to hang in there! Nice to keep tabs on so many good old friends from Soda.

Yeah, we started getting bouts of sickness running through the family again. Knock on wood, we're starting to get past them again, just in time for a family vacation coming up in a week and a half.
